Update (1 May 2007): BJ ran for JATC and Jenks HS from 1997 through 2001. He was a 2-time conference champion at ORU in the long jump and hurdles, qualifying for the NCAA championships in the hurdles. Now an entrepreneur and business owner living in Broken Arrow, Okla., BJ and his wife, Daniella, have a 4-year-old boy and will be blessed with a little girl within a few weeks.

Jay Cooper Texas Christian Update (14 May 2007): Jay ran a strong 10.78 to finish fourth at the Mountain West T&F Championships. TCU's men's team finished 4th.   
McKale Davis Texas Christian Update (14 May 2007): McKale captured first in the women's 10,000 at the Mountain West T&F Championships with a time of 36:22.75. She also finished 12th in the 5,000 with a time of 17:39.78. TCU's women's team finished 2nd.

Camille Herron Tulsa Update (18 July 2007): Camille in January ran a half-marathon PR to win the Carlsbad Half Marathon in 1:19:11. She debuted in the marathon with a fifth-place finish at the Eugene Marathon in 2:48:36 - just 96 seconds shy of qualifying for the Olympic Marathon Trials! Camille is running 100 to 120 miles per week in preparation for a fall marathon, with a goal of qualifying for the 2008 Olympic Trials with a sub 2:47:00 finish. Camille married Conor Holt on New Year's Day 2007 and they live in Corvallis, Ore.Photos

Catherine Odell  Oklahoma Update (14 May 2007): At the Big 12 T&F Championships in Lincoln, Neb., Catherine finished 14th in the 1500 with a time of 4:38.20. She also earlier was named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.  
Lenesha Pugh Arizona Update (14 May 2007): Lenesha ran to 16th-place finishes in both the 100 and 200 at the Pac-10 T&F Championships in Stanford, Calif.  
Marcus Pugh Oklahoma Update (14 May 2007): Marcus captured the gold in the 100 and the silver in the 200 with times of 10.30 and 20.66, respecitvely, at the Big 12 T&F Championships in Lincoln, Neb. He also ran the second legs of the 4x100 (4th place) and 4x400 (6th place) relays in helping OU win its first-ever men's team title.

Ryan Starr Milligan College, Duke Update (20 Oct 2007): Ryan currently serves as an assistant cross-country coach at No. 2-ranked Milligan College (Tenn.). Ryan ran for Milligan during his undergraduate years, where he became Milligan's first 10-time NAIA national qualifier in track and cross country and was named to the NAIA Academic All-American team from 2000 to 2003. While a graduate student at Duke University (N.C.), Ryan was an ACC finalist in the 5,000 and 10,000 meters and qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 10,000. Matthew Tower Army Update (14 May 2007): Matthew finished 9th of 40 men running the 800 at the IC4A T&F Championships in Princeton, N.J., with a time of 1:52.19. In the prelims, he ran 1:49.54 - the 7th fastest on Army's all-time performance list - in qualifying for the NCAA regionals.Photos
